Jumpseller Professionals Program

Welcome to the Jumpseller Professionals Program (“Program”).

This document describes the terms and conditions (“Terms”) applicable to agencies, freelancers, and consultants (“Professionals”) who wish to collaborate with Jumpseller SpA (“Jumpseller”) to offer implementation, design, marketing, or other related services connected to the Jumpseller platform to their clients.

By registering and participating in the Program, the Professional agrees to comply with these Terms.


1. Program Description

The Jumpseller Professionals Program is designed to enable agencies, freelancers, and consultants to promote, implement, and manage online stores using the Jumpseller platform, earning a recurring 20% commission on active client subscriptions under their management.

Professionals will also gain access to additional benefits such as visibility in the [Jumpseller Professionals Directory] (https://jumpseller.com/professionals/), direct referrals, co-marketing opportunities, and priority support.

2. Eligibility

To participate in the Program, the Professional must:

  • Have proven experience in web design, digital marketing, e-commerce, or related fields.
  • Comply with Jumpseller’s Terms of Service and policies.
  • Maintain a positive professional reputation.

Jumpseller reserves the right to approve, reject, or cancel any Professional’s participation at any time, for any reason.

Each approved Professional will receive a unique referral link (“Professional Link”) provided by Jumpseller.
This link allows new client registrations to be tracked and properly attributed to the Professional.

The Professional Link is personal, non-transferable, and must be used solely for legitimate promotional purposes related to Jumpseller.

Links may not be used on websites that:

  • Promote illegal activities
  • Contain misleading content
  • Harm Jumpseller’s reputation

4. Commission Structure

  • The relationship between the Professional and their clients will be reviewed annually to confirm that the Professional continues to provide services or maintains a valid business relationship.
  • If a client is no longer associated with the Professional, commissions will cease from the following billing cycle onward.
  • Commissions apply only to new clients who did not previously have an active Jumpseller account.

5. Payments

5.1. Payment Method

  • Commission payments will be processed manually on a quarterly basis.
  • The Professional must issue a valid invoice to Jumpseller SpA for the total accumulated commissions, as communicated by Jumpseller’s representative.

5.2. Payment Requirements

  • The minimum accumulated amount to request a payment is USD $50 (or equivalent in local currency).
  • Payments will be made via bank transfer or PayPal, according to availability and the Professional’s preference.
  • Payments will be processed within 10 days of receiving the invoice.
  • It is the Professional’s responsibility to keep billing and payment information up to date.

6. Program Benefits

Active Professionals will have access to the following benefits:

  • Visibility in the Professionals Directory Listing on Jumpseller’s official website when managing 2 or more active stores.

  • Direct Client Referrals Priority access to implementation opportunities generated by Jumpseller’s support team.

  • Co-Marketing Opportunities to participate in case studies, webinars, joint campaigns, and promotional materials.

  • Priority Support Advanced technical assistance.

  • Free Demo Store For demonstrations, development, and client testing.

7. Professional Obligations

The Professional agrees to:

  • Represent Jumpseller ethically and professionally.
  • Avoid false, misleading, or deceptive statements about Jumpseller’s services.
  • Refrain from fraudulent marketing practices, spam, or any actions that may damage Jumpseller’s reputation.
  • Keep client and referral information updated.
  • Comply with applicable local and tax laws.

8. Intellectual Property

The Professional may use Jumpseller’s name and logo only in accordance with the provided brand guidelines.
No intellectual property rights are transferred to Professionals by participating in the Program.

9. Termination and Program Modifications

Jumpseller reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Professionals Program at any time, at its sole discretion and without the need to provide justification.

In the event of termination of the Program or of an individual Professional’s participation:

Notice

  • Jumpseller will make reasonable efforts to provide at least 15 days’ prior notice before any termination or substantial modification of the Program.

Outstanding Commissions

  • Commissions accrued and approved up to the effective termination date will be paid in accordance with Section 5 (Payments).

End of Rights

  • As of the termination date, the Professional will automatically lose all rights to:
    • Generate new commissions
    • Use Jumpseller’s name, logo, or marketing materials
    • Access any Program benefits

Termination for Breach or Business Reasons

Jumpseller may terminate any Professional’s participation without prior notice if, in its sole judgment:

  • The Professional has violated these Terms or any Jumpseller policy.
  • The Professional has engaged in fraudulent, deceptive, or harmful conduct.
  • Jumpseller determines that the relationship is no longer commercially, strategically, or reputationally suitable.

Exclusions

Participation in the Program and the corresponding commission structure do not apply to Enterprise plans or customized Jumpseller solutions, unless expressly authorized in writing by Jumpseller.

Jumpseller shall not be liable to the Professional or to any third party for the modification, suspension, or termination of the Program, except for the payment of commissions validly earned prior to the termination date.

10. Limitation of Liability

Jumpseller shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in the Program.
Jumpseller’s total liability shall be limited to the total amount of commissions paid to the Professional during the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Modifications

Jumpseller may modify these Terms at any time.
Updated versions will be published on Jumpseller’s official website, and continued participation in the Program constitutes acceptance of such changes.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Chile, and any dispute shall be submitted to the competent courts of Santiago, Chile.
