Basic Plan does not allow editing the HTML code of the store, only basic files (CSS style files, JS, etc).
Basic Plan does not allow editing the HTML of your emails.
Basic Plan does not include free domain (.com, .net or .org).
Basic Plan does not allow selling digital products.

Plan Plus does not allow to see, add or edit the clients to the administration panel.
Plan Plus does not allow creating promotions.

Premium Plan allows to have domains (www.mystore.es) associated with a language (Spanish).
Premium Plan allows you to send emails (sales orders) from your personalized email address (eg email@example.com instead of firstname.lastname@example.org).
Premium Plan allows you to give customizable administrative roles to your work team.
The differences between the Premium and Advanced
Advanced Plan has High priority support.
Advanced Plan allows to use Cross-selling in E-mails and Cart.
Advanced Plan allows you to enable Frequently Bought Together feature.
Discount on multiple stores
You can get a 25% discount if you associate multiple stores with Jumpseller! The conditions for the discount are as follows:
Subscribe to plan Plus, Pro, Premium or Advanced.
To qualify for the 25% discount you will need to have at least 2 stores subscribed, there is no limit of stores to benefit from this discount.
You will get 25% on all stores but one, this means that if you have 3 stores, the 2 with the lowest plan get the 25% discount, or if they are all under the same plan 2 get the discount. The order in which you created the stores is irrelevant.
Plan Basic has no multi-store discount.
For example; If you created your first store with the Plus plan, your second store should also be subscribed to the Plus plan or higher (Pro or Premium). In this case, the first store will get a 25% discount.

Do Basic, Plus, Pro or Premium plans include personalized email accounts (eg email@example.com)? No, Jumpseller is not an email provider. However you can stay with our servers to use a service like Zoho Mail, Exchange, Gsuite (Gmail) among others, check our tutorial for more information on how to install each one.
What is the bandwidth / storage limit in any plan?
There is no bandwidth limit (download or upload) or storage limits. You can upload the amount of files you need for your store, including unlimited images for your products.
How many domains can I host simultaneously in my Jumpseller plan?

Is it safe for my client to buy at my Jumpseller store?

What is the bandwidth / storage limit in my plan?
For normal stores, which sell physical products, with images and text, there are no associated bandwidth costs. For stores that sell digital products, such as music and video, the cost of storage and transfer must be taken into account in your subscription plan.

Can I start with a low plan and then upload when I need it?
Yes, in fact, it also works the other way around. There are no contracts that tie you to a plan or use Jumpseller. Simply change your plan in the administrative panel of your store and go.
I already have a domain I can assign it to my store in Jumpseller?
If something should happen in my Jumpseller store, do you have backups?
