At Jumpseller, we provide a range of plans designed to suit your needs and budget, giving you the flexibility to select the ideal features for your online store. Our plans have a fixed subscription cost, there are no commissions or any other additional costs (except for the Enterprise Plan).

Note: Should you choose to, you always have the freedom to switch your plan at any time and easily explore advanced features in case you want to upgrade.

Regardless of the plan you select, you will have a solid foundation to start your online store. All our plans provide basic functions for online commerce, such as a shopping cart, a variety of themes, payment and shipping options natively integrated, along with hosting services. The differences lie in the features you can choose to optimize, both the internal management of your store and the customer experience. So, as your business scales and your team grows you can easily jump to a higher plan to accommodate your new requirements.

The differences between the Basic and Plus

  • Plus Plan allows editing the HTML code of the store or other basic files (CSS style files, JS, etc). Also, you can have access to design support. For example, with the Plus Plan, you can customize design aspects, such as colors, fonts and other stylistic elements that may not be possible to modify in the Basic Plan theme.

  • Plus Plan allows editing the HTML of your emails.

  • Plus Plan includes a free domain in the first year (.com, .net or .org). If you are enrolled on an annual subscription.

  • Plus Plan allows selling digital products. That is if you want to sell services that do not have shipping, such as hours of service, access to events, digital books, photographs, etc.

  • Plus Plan You can have up to 2 languages in your store.


The differences between Plus and Pro

In addition to the previously mentioned features, the following functionalities are included:

  • Pro Plan allows to see, add or edit clients to the administration panel. For example, if you want your customers to log in to obtain their data and be able to send them promotions or personalized mailings.

  • Pro Plan allows the creation of various types of promotions / discount codes. Marketing actions with which you can capture their attention and get more sales. You can use promotions for product launches, special dates or to free up stock.

  • Premium Plan allows you to give customizable administrative roles to your work team.

  • Premium Plan allows you to add custom filters like Size, Color and Brand.

  • Premium Plan allows you to have search autocomplete on your store, to give a better shopping experience to your customers.

  • Premium Plan You can have up to 8 languages in your store.


The differences between the Premium and Advanced

In addition to the previously mentioned features, the following functionalities are included:

  • Advanced Plan has High priority support.

  • Advanced Plan allows to use Cross-selling in E-mails and Cart.

  • Advanced Plan allows you to enable the Frequently Bought Together feature.

  • Advanced Plan You can have unlimited languages.

FAQ

Do Basic, Plus, Pro or Premium plans include personalized email accounts (eg sales@mycompany.com)? No, Jumpseller is not an email provider. However you can stay with our servers to use a service like Zoho Mail, Exchange, Gsuite (Gmail) among others, check our tutorial for more information on how to install each one.

How many domains can I host simultaneously in my Jumpseller plan?

  • Basic: 1 domain
  • Plus: 2 domains
  • Pro: 5 domains
  • Premium: 10 domains
  • Advanced: 10 domains

Is it safe for my client to buy at my Jumpseller store?

That’s right, with all the plans your store has an SSL certificate. This certificate encrypts all the data of your site so that they can make secure transactions such as purchases through the payment options that you have available. In fact, the means of payment require this in an eCommerce store to integrate the service, we by meeting these standards we save this entire process.

What is the bandwidth / storage limit in any plan?

There is no bandwidth limit (download or upload) or storage limits. You can upload the amount of files you need for your store, including unlimited images for your products.

For normal stores, which sell physical products, with images and text, there are no associated bandwidth costs. For stores that sell digital products, such as music and video, the cost of storage and transfer must be taken into account in your subscription plan.

Can I start with a low plan and then upload when I need it?

Yes, in fact, it also works the other way around. There are no contracts that tie you to a plan or use Jumpseller. Simply change your plan in the administrative panel of your store and go.

I already have a domain I can assign it to my store in Jumpseller?

Yes, there is no problem in doing so. You can assign it according to the instructions in our article. If you have more problems, you can write to us at any time if you think it escapes your hands.

If something should happen in my Jumpseller store, do you have backups?

Yes, we only do it in extreme cases and for reasons beyond the control of the user (owner of the store), it is not something we often do. If the customer has problems due to changes in his store due to improper handling of the code then he should contact our support channel because in some cases it is necessary to make a payment to recover from the database to a stable point.

What does Jumpseller offer me under their plans?
