Registration

Sign up for OnChat in just a few minutes and start building your chatbot right away:

  1. Visit onchat.ai
  2. Click Create agent
  3. Fill in the registration form
  4. Confirm your email address to activate your account
On-chat

Adding the chatbot to your store

In OnChat

  1. Go to the Settings & Embed menu in your OnChat dashboard
  2. Open the Embed tab
  3. Copy the code from the Bubble Chat option

In Jumpseller

  1. Go to Admin Panel → Themes → Visual Editor
  2. Open the Custom Codes section
  3. Paste the copied code into the Top <head> code field
  4. Save the changes and test your storefront
On-chat

Enabling e-commerce features

You can enable your chatbot to answer real-time order questions and recommend products in two ways:

Option 1 — From OnChat

  1. Go to the Online Store menu in your OnChat dashboard
  2. Click the Connect button next to the Jumpseller logo

Option 2 — From Jumpseller

  1. Open the Apps menu in Jumpseller
  2. Search for OnChat
  3. Open the app page and click Install App

You will be asked to authorize OnChat to access your products and orders. Once permission is granted, the app will be installed and you will be redirected back to your OnChat dashboard with a confirmation message.
