Como configurar o Mercado Pago na sua loja Jumpseller

To add the PagBank service to your store, you need to create an account.
To register with PagBank, visit the website and click “Create Account” (button on the right) and then provide all the necessary information to verify your identity or company registration. If PagBank approves your account, you will receive an email.
It is important to note that after creating your PagBank account, you need to verify it. For this, you must present the following documents to PagBank:
For individual accounts: You need to send a photo of your face and an ID with a photo (such as RG, CNH, or RNE/RNM). For more information click here.
For business accounts: In addition to the documents mentioned above, you must provide a scanned version of the Articles of Association, notarized. For more information click here.

Now that you already have an account, follow the steps below:
Make sure your store’s country is set to Brazil: Go to your Admin Panel > Settings > General and edit the Store Country:

Add PagBank as a payment option in Admin Panel > Settings > Checkout > Payments > Add method:

Log in to your PagBank account on the website to find your bank branch and account number:
Return to the PagBank page in your Jumpseller store and paste the two values.

Then click “Request SMS code”, enter the code you received in the new field, and click “Submit SMS code”.

As you can see, in just a few minutes you will be ready to receive payments from PagBank in your online store.

PagBank typically verifies accounts within 1-2 business days after you submit your documents. You’ll receive an email notification once your account is approved. Until verification is complete, you won’t be able to activate PagBank as a payment method in your Jumpseller store.
No, PagBank is exclusively available for Brazilian merchants and customers. Your Jumpseller store country must be set to Brazil, and your main currency must be Brazilian Real (BRL) to use PagBank as a payment method.
If you haven’t received the SMS code after clicking “Request SMS code,” wait a few minutes and try requesting it again. Make sure the phone number associated with your PagBank account is correct. If you continue having issues, contact PagBank support directly through their website.
PagBank charges transaction fees that vary based on your payment method and account type. Visit the PagBank fees page to see the current rates. Fees are typically deducted from each transaction automatically.
You can view your transactions and payment history in your PagBank account on their website. For refunds and payment details specific to your Jumpseller store, check your admin panel under Settings > Checkout > Payments > PagBank or review your sales records in the Orders section.
